Monitoring — per unit
Standard
You self-monitor first. EyeOut CMS only if an alarm is not acknowledged in time. Three seats included.
Advanced
EyeOut central monitoring, with your portal to manage and watch. Five seats included.
People
Each tier includes seats. Extra operators are add-ons, billed alongside unit-days. Caps and extras are confirmed in your agreement.
Hardware
Trailers and cubes are priced per unit — rent or purchase — not bundled as “X units inside a software plan.”

A specialist reaches out after Get started. They confirm volume, monitoring tier, hardware mix, and commercial terms, and make sure agreements are in place before your tenant is created in the app.
